i say who cares about sugar in fruit! fruit is wonderful for you and you shouldn’t limit it of cut it out of your diet. i hear so many people say they’re on a sugar fast and they won’t eat fruit and it just boggles my mind. the sugar in fruit is the kind of sugar we’re SUPPOSED to eat! eat up everyone!
